Reports to the Integration Director

The integration department provides our clients with all the technology they desire, from the planning stage, to pulling the necessary wiring, to the final installation and programming of the products. This start-to-finish approach allows us to customize and integrate technology systems for our clients—networking systems, entertainment systems, lighting, intrusion, surveillance, and so on. Fluency in one or more of these systems will make you a great candidate!

 

Duties:

  • Set up smart technology products (Nest, SONOS, Lutron, etc.)

  • Mount TVs, projectors, and projection screens

  • Install A/V equipment (receivers, amps, speakers, etc.)

  • Configure AV Racks

  • Set up data networks

  • Install low voltage wiring in residential and commercial spaces

  • Order and maintain inventory

  • Have reliable transportation to drive to clients as requested.

  • Be able to lift 50 lbs, crawl into attics and under houses.

 Integration Technician

Support Technician

Reports to the Support Director

 

The support department consults with our clients to provide full-service tech support. This hands-on approach allows us to ensure a smooth, effective technology experience. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who is experienced, intelligent, independent, and customer service oriented!
 

Duties:

  • Respond to all support requests in an appropriate and timely fashion.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.

  • Follow company guidelines for creating/managing tickets for service requests

  • Be available during business hours (9-6pm M-F).

  • Coordinate a daily travel schedule to efficiently address multiple clients.

  • Satisfy customer needs by making appropriate recommendations.
